Dropping L-Bs

At the end of 2016, I decided to take my health seriously. I don’t know what happened, but I starting eating so badly! I ate like I never ate before, y’all. I’m embarrassed to say how bad it got for me. Of course…I gained weight. I started to see a double chin. Yes, that bad. On top of that I wasn’t consistently exercising. Those two things combined altered my mood, body and everything else. As soon as Thanksgiving passed, I got my ish together.

So far I’ve lost around ten pounds. I was hesitant to share this journey, but I know I’m not alone in this and I want to be inspired and inspire others. More posts and pictures to come!
