We’re working on consistency over here, people! Really, I had a burst of motivation come over my spuur-it (read: spirit). So, here we are.
I can assure you that this bonus post is a good one. It’s for all of my people who are trying to reach their body goals and may need a little inspiration in the kitchen. I got you!
Truth be told, I need this motivation myself.
A while back, I recorded a healthy grocery haul video for my YouTube channel. I just realized that I never brought that information over to my blog family. That is unacceptable! And the best part about this haul is that everything is under $50. I know, it almost sounds too good to be true.
